About Keith Tice
Nearly 13 years as Chief Procurement Officer at GoDaddy. Progressive leadership roles at Henkel and The Dial Corporation before that. More than three decades of leading organizations through transformation, acquisition activity, and the kind of complexity that doesn’t come with a playbook.
My Story
I spent nearly 13 years as Chief Procurement Officer at GoDaddy — one of the world’s largest SaaS and domain platforms. Before that, I held progressive leadership roles at Henkel and The Dial Corporation, two of the world’s most recognized FMCG and consumer products organizations.
Across those decades, I led organizations through rapid growth, acquisition activity, operational transformation, and the kind of complexity that doesn’t come with a playbook. I represented procurement and enterprise commercial operations in more than 50 acquisition and integration initiatives. I worked alongside KKR-associated leadership through key phases of organizational scaling and governance maturity. I built teams, restructured functions, and helped organizations find clarity when the path forward wasn’t obvious.
What I learned — and what I now bring to advisory work — is that the most durable results come not from strategy alone, but from leaders who know how to create alignment when it doesn’t exist, build governance that enables speed rather than bureaucracy, and hold organizations accountable to execution through the friction of real change.
That is the foundation of Keith Tice Advisory. And it is the reason Quiet Strength exists.

Why Quiet Strength Exists
Throughout more than three decades of executive leadership, I watched organizations succeed and struggle — and the difference was rarely strategy. It was leadership. Specifically, it was whether the leaders at the top could create clarity, build trust, and help their organizations move forward with confidence during periods of uncertainty.
Quiet Strength is the name I give to that kind of leadership. Not loud. Not performative. Not built on authority or title. Built on character, judgment, integrity, and the ability to help others find their footing when the ground is shifting.
I created Keith Tice Advisory because I believe that kind of leadership can be developed, strengthened, and measured — and because I have spent 30+ years learning what it actually looks like in practice, under pressure, at scale.
The assessments, the advisory work, the book — all of it is built around one conviction: that the organizations most worth building are led by people who lead with quiet strength.
“Quiet Strength isn’t leading from the front. It’s helping others move forward with confidence — even when the path ahead is uncertain.”
